We do not offer services to campaigns related to Banking, Mobility, Car Inspection, Energy, Billing, Telecom, Dish TV, IPTV, Uber (Eats / Taxi), DoorDash, inbound-oriented campaigns, or any non-legitimate / sales-messages-required campaign. Violations result in immediate termination without notice or refund.

Payment & Renewal Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend your account on the renewal date — or at any time — if payment has not been received. We are not responsible for any loss, disruption, or damages from non-payment suspension. This applies to all orders, new deliveries, and replacement accounts.

Espot Solutions – Dialer Usage Terms & Conditions

By using any dialer service provided by Espot Solutions, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Collection of Sensitive Information

You are strictly prohibited from collecting:

  • Credit/debit card numbers
  • Social Security Numbers (SSNs)
  • Bank account details
  • Usernames, passwords, or any login credentials
  • Any personally identifiable information (PII)

Violations will lead to immediate termination without refund.

2. No Spam, Illegal Activity, or Abuse (Fair Usage)

You may not use any dialer for:

  • Spam or robocalls
  • Misleading or fraudulent messages
  • Any unlawful activity
  • Gig-economy delivery or ride-hailing campaigns (e.g., Uber Eats, Uber/Uber Taxi, DoorDash)
  • Inbound-oriented campaigns via non-compliant, misleading, or non-legitimate methods

Use the dialer responsibly. Overuse or abuse may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3. Messaging Policy

Only two-way customer communication is permitted.

The following messaging activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sales messages
  • Marketing messages
  • Bulk messaging
  • Automated messaging
  • Message sequences
  • Follow-up sequences
  • Warm-up campaigns
  • Promotional offers or advertisements

Messaging may only be used for legitimate one-to-one customer communication. Any use of messaging for sales, marketing, sequences, warm-up campaigns, or automated follow-up messages is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate service termination without refund, replacement, or appeal.

4. Dialer-Specific Usage Limits

  • 8x8: Login allowed on 3 devices only. Only 1 active call at a time. If a call is ongoing on one device, the second must wait. Active calls may show on both devices per 8x8 policy.
  • Zoom: Login allowed on 2 devices only.
  • RingCentral, Vonage, Ooma, and others: Maximum 3 agents simultaneously for outbound calling. Additional access requires prior written permission.
  • Google Voice: Up to 5 users per account. Two-way SMS/messaging included by default (subject to compliance and anti-spam rules; unsolicited marketing prohibited—see Sections 2–3).

5. Account Suspension

Your account may be suspended without prior notice for:

  • Sending sales/spam messages
  • Sending sales or marketing messages
  • Using message sequences or automated follow-up messages
  • Warm-up messaging campaigns
  • Collecting sensitive data
  • Using auto-dialers
  • Any policy violation
  • Non-payment or failed renewal

No refund or replacement will be provided. Espot Solutions is not liable for any loss arising from suspension.

6. Refund Policy

If your account is blocked, suspended, restricted, or becomes unavailable due to an official action or issue by RingCentral, Vonage, Ooma, 8x8, Zoom, Google Voice, or any other third-party service provider, you must allow at least three (3) business days for the provider to review and resolve the matter. In the event of a technical issue with the service, you must first contact Espot Solutions and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the problem before requesting a refund. If a client requests a refund due to an unresolved issue caused by RingCentral, Vonage, Ooma, 8x8, Zoom, Google Voice, or any other third-party service provider, Espot Solutions will refund fifty percent (50%) of the remaining unused subscription period.

No refund is issued for suspensions caused by non-payment.

7. Monitoring and Compliance

We reserve the right to monitor your call recordings and relevant communications logs to verify usage and compliance. If you do not agree, we cannot offer you any dialer. Please find an alternative provider.

8. Terms Updates

Espot Solutions may update these terms at any time without notice. Visit Terms and Services for the latest version.

9. No Auto-Dialing Software

Use of third-party auto-dialing tools is strictly prohibited. If detected, you will:

  • Be permanently banned
  • Receive no refund
  • Be ineligible for future service

Agreement

By using any Espot Solutions dialer, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the payment and renewal suspension policy stated above.
