By using any dialer service provided by Espot Solutions, you agree to the following terms:
You must use only your assigned primary number. Do not use or display numbers not issued to you, including numbers belonging to dialer providers like RingCentral, Vonage, Ooma, or 8×8.
You are strictly prohibited from collecting:
Credit/debit card numbers
Social Security Numbers (SSNs)
Bank account details
Usernames, passwords, or any login credentials
Any personally identifiable information (PII)
Violations will lead to immediate termination without refund.
No more than 4 sales agents may use a dialer simultaneously for outbound calls. Additional access requires written permission.
Sending sales pitches, promotional content, or unsolicited offers through any Espot dialer is strictly prohibited.
You may not use any dialer for:
Spam or robocalls
Misleading or fraudulent messages
Any unlawful activity
Use of third-party auto-dialing tools is banned. If detected, you will:
Be permanently banned
Receive no refund
Be ineligible for future service.
Use the dialer responsibly. Overuse or abuse may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Your account may be suspended without prior notice for:
Sending sales/spam messages
Collecting sensitive data
Using auto-dialers
Any policy violation
No refund will be provided.
If your account is blocked by a provider such as RingCentral, Vonage, Ooma, or 8×8,
Espot Solutions will refund 50% of any remaining subscription time.
Espot Solutions may modify or update these terms at any time without notice.
